True Definition of a Blog

Have any of you ever wondered about what a blog is really all about???I had some free time so I came up with a theory..

What is the public's definition of a blog?
Wiki's definition is ->A blog (a contraction of the term "Web log") is a Web site, usually maintained by an individual ^[1], with regular entries of commentary, descriptions of events, or other material such as graphics or video.
Present public definition -> An online diary
My definition-> Somewhere to BITCH about your crappy life so that one can fuel one's own narcissistic self into giving a false sense of purpose...chim enough???

So what is it really,a Blog?Why are there billions of it on the Net?Why do people actually bother talking about their boring lives on it?Why does it compel people to actually visit any???

The answer to that would be Human Nature.Humans as a general species seem to revel in narcissism and the concept of expressiveness.Narcissism as in...have you been to those blogs of the fairer sex and you see ALOT of their pictures in those oh so provocative poses aka act cute...
and recently due to the Westerners concept of "metrosexuality" and "modern man",guys have actually started becoming...faggoty and I find myself asking why???why would girls not mind posting such pictures of themselves but when we look at them in that certain way,they mind?Then it hit me..in a blog they are the Masters,the controllers so any sexuality they exude is simply being controlled by them but in reality they control squat! ! !So therein lies the lure of Blogs...the ability to express and showcase a persons wit,beauty,humor etc etc with them being in total control of it

So really...a blog is actually a tool for people to bitch about their less than ideal lives so what the fuck you waiting for???Bitch away ladies and fags~
